Payment Terms & Secure Transaction Options
To ensure a smooth project handover and secure processing, please review the payment terms outlined in your 22 Acre Inc. construction contract.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all project milestones and deposits:
- Certified Funds: Bank Drafts or Certified Cheques (Payable to: 22 Acre Inc.)
- Cash Payments: Receipts provided upon transaction.
- Secure E-Transfer:

- Note: Please include your Contract Number in the e-transfer message box for accurate account reconciliation. – This can be found at the top right of your contract highlighted in red
Important Financial Details
- Final Payment: The 10% balance is due on the day of project completion, following the final site clean-up and walkthrough.
- Taxes: In accordance with provincial regulations, all contract payments are subject to 13% Ontario HST.
